IF you’re reading this page you’ve probably now reached the point when you’re thinking that a few days in Crete would be useful to help make your mind up. New Century Homes understands the importance of this next step and will offer you three nights FREE accommodation to help you decide which New Century Home is for you. All you pay for is the cost of the flight which will be refunded if you decide to go ahead and purchase from New Century Homes.

Your designated sales representative will be waiting to meet you at the airport and will transfer you to one of New Century Homes’ properties where you will stay for the duration of your inspection trip.

All inspection trips are tailored specifically for you, and be assured, you won’t be on the receiving end of ‘the hard sell’ - just good quality advice and information to help you make an informed decision.

For the duration of your stay you will be picked up at a time that best suits you and shown suitable properties, the surrounding location, culture, lifestyle and places of interest.

You pay only for your return flight from the UK to Chania International Airport. If you subsequently decide to purchase a property from New Century Homes, the cost of your flights will be refunded (up to a maximum value of €1,000) on receipt of your 10% property deposit.

Please note that the above offer is subject to your agreement to spend the daytime hours of your visit on escorted New Century Homes’ viewing trips. If you do not to agree to these conditions accommodation charges of €300 per person will be payable.
